Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask that any cancelations be made within a 24-hour period of your appointment - this gives us a greater chance of getting the stylist’s chair filled in a timely manner. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee that was booked. Payment is due at time of cancelation or before you make your next appointment, otherwise you will not be able to rebook future appointments. Late Arrival Policy

It is recommended that you arrive to the salon early so you can settle in, grab yourself a cup of coffee at our free refreshment bar, and put on your robe before your stylist comes to grab you! Our daily schedules are all appointment-based, so we ask that you please arrive as close to being on-time as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your stylist can still see you since it may interfere with the next guest’s appointment. Your appointment may be subject to rescheduling based on the styist’s availability, and the cancelation fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding!

Where are you located?

We are at 2456 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT, 06518 - nestled between La Moda and Esthetique - across the street from Bread and Chocolate.
 

When are you open?

Our hours change seasonally, but we are open every Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed every Sunday and Monday. Check our current hours here.
 

Are you currently Accepting new Clients?

Yes! We are always accepting new clients. Though some of our tenured stylists may be booked out, we have many other stylists in the salon that have ample availability. Please call us or send an email to book a consultation.
